For over 25 years, I have served in ministry and pastoral care, walking with people through the highest highs and lowest lows of life. I’ve sat in hospital waiting rooms, officiated weddings, mediated conflict, and offered a listening ear when it was needed most.

But I began to notice something. Many people spend the majority of their waking hours at work, yet that is often where they feel the most isolated.

SoulCare Dynamics was born out of a desire to bridge that gap. To bring the confidentiality, compassion, and relational depth of chaplaincy into the marketplace. I am not here to grow your bottom line (though healthy employees often do just that)—I am here to care for the souls of your people.

Unlike national chaplaincy corporations that rotate strangers through your doors, I am a local, independent partner. I live here in Huntsville, I know this community, and I am committed to walking alongside your team for the long haul—not just as a distant service provider, but as a dedicated neighbor who shows up when it matters most.
